The service was brilliant as I had several orders. There was a slight delay with one order but that didn't affect the customer experience. Will definitely use again.

Books are offered at great prices particularly online, in order to support their high street shops more of these should be usable on and off-line. Send too many emails with various discount codes...

Very disappointed that the 2 main items on my order were out of stock. Refund was rapid but it should not have happened.....
