My order didn't arrive on time - it took 9 days to arrive instead of the 4-6 days stated. I needed it for a workshop which meant I had to quickly prepare an alternative workshop at very short notice....

It was fairly easy to order and arrived in timescale, but it would have been helpful as a courtesy just to get an email to confirm that my item had been distributed.
