Paid extra for delivery in 1-2 days and this did not happen. Items arrived after 5 days meaning they didn’t arrive in time to be given as a present.

I'm very sorry that you are unhappy with our service. Sadly things do go missing in transit occasionally and we have to allow a time period for this to be delivered before we can issue a replacement, but I can confirm that your order was despatched from us the day after the order was placed. I'm glad that you have now received your replacement.
Again I offer my sincerest apologies for the disappointment caused.
All the presents I bought from the site were interesting and they were delivered very quickly! However one thing I would say is that a couple of the presents may have been damaged during the process...
