Oh how awful that a hole was in the poster! I am very sorry about that. I can see that you emailed us and we replied asking for an image so we could send a replacement out to you without the hassle of having to return it. This was on December 6th but we did not hear back from you.
I will make sure a replacement is sent out first thing tomorrow.
