Oh no, I am so sorry to hear that your original parcel did not arrive.
I can see that you have been in talks with my Customer Service team since December 27th and a replacement order has now been sent out to you.

Yes, I'm happy to say I will adjust my initial feedback. Customer Service has been in touch with me since then and has sent a replacement. Hopefully, the parcel will arrive this time. Fingers crossed.
Stumbled across the website one evening and had such a giggle looking through the huge variety of products they sell. They really do have something for everyone and I will be using them again.

I can see that your order sent on December 20th by Air Mail. We estimate that parcels could take up to 9 working days to arrive in Estonia. Today is only the 10th working days so I would expect your parcel to arrive this week.
There are many reasons why a Air Mail parcel could have got a little delayed on the way, but I would not be worried yet.
If the parcel has not arrived by the end of the week, please get in touch with my Customer Service team and we can look into this further for you.

I can see that your order sent on December 20th by Air Mail. We estimate that parcels could take up to 9 working days to arrive in Estonia. Today is only the 10th working days so I would expect your parcel to arrive this week.
There are many reasons why a Air Mail parcel could have got a little delayed on the way, but I would not be worried yet.
If the parcel has not arrived by the end of the week, please get in touch with my Customer Service team and we can look into this further for you.
