Thank you for taking the time to review the products bought from us.
Please let me start by apologising that you were not satisfied with the personalised items. As the items are personalised they are produced by a 3rd party supplier so unfortunatly we do not get to see the finished product before it is sent out to you. That said, we do expect the quality to be of a good standard.
The Paddle Board dimensions are displayed on our website. Do you have any images of the pens that you could send to us? I would be interested to see how they look. Please send them to customerservices@thepresentfinder.co.uk
