When we are made aware of a previous instance of theft within the last 3 years, dependant on the type of policy being applied for, we may not be able to provide a policy due to the increased risk. This meant the policy premium reverted back to what it would have been prior to a discount. We sincerely apologise for the technical error, and that we did not provide you with an apology.
