Because U can't change anything on the app aways have to ring up and why do U have to cancel one policy if you change your caravan and start a new one .

Good morning We are sorry to hear of your comments. we are not able to transfer caravan details on a policy unfortunately, we would always require a new policy for a different caravan, as the sum insured and risk presented have a bearing on your premiums and cover terms. We can see that you have provided a serial number for your new caravan, and this has been added to the policy. The online portal is predominantly so that you can review your current policy documents, there is also an option to send a message to our Customer Contact Team through the app for any changes you require.
