Online applications are reviewed before cover is accepted, and unfortunately our policies exclude loss where the caravans is situated on a working farm. Whilst you did advise us that your pet had been sadly put to sleep, the monthly instruction to your bank for your premium was already in process prior to the policy being cancelled. This does mean that we have to await for the monies to clear , prior to processing a refund. We can see form the file details that the refund is being processed, and should be with you shortly.
