Sorry to hear you were unhappy, any changes to a policy can incur an admin fee, and a change to the premium as insurance is a risk based product.

Value for money

I found that the policy offered all of the same cover as my previous insurer at a lower annual premium. Also the electronic application form was easy to complete.
