However, we apologize for the discrepancies in information that arose between your itinerary, the app and your drivers and guides. We are continuously working to improve our processes to ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers. Your comments have been shared internally so we can ensure we do better next time. While we hope that no one has to call the hotline while in-destination, our hope is that it provides a sense of security and peace-of-mind.
