We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you have received from us regarding your paperwork.
Please be advised once a booking is confirmed in our systems, the admin team will thoroughly check all elements of the booking are confirmed correctly before issuing any paperwork to yourself.
As the admin team are an extremely busy department dealing with all our bookings, this process can take 3-5 working days before the paperwork is received by yourself.
