Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we are so sorry to hear that this trip fell short of your expectations. We of course want all our guests to come home feeling their trips were worth every penny. Clearly, on this occasion - that didn't happen for you, and we take that really seriously. The concerns you've raised about organisation, itinerary changes and the management of swims are not things we take lightly. We'd really welcome the opportunity to speak with you in more detail about your trip. Please do get in touch with us at alice@swimquest.uk.com or call us on +44 (0)20 8675 6608.
