I bought on a Friday and website said I'd get delivery on Saturday but didn't come until Tuesday- sent email to their customer services and no reply- pathetic!!

Perfect service. Ordered a pair or Oakley's on one day and turned up the next! Well packed and great email updates throughout - not as if I had long to wait. I am a Central London customer though.
