Hi Yasemin. We are sorry you are disappointed with us. But as we told you in a direct mail Monday morning on June 3rd, our office was were closed for national holiday last thursday and friday and we had no chance to get back to you before we we shipped the order out. But as said in the mail, return the package to us with the pre paid return label and we will ship it out to any address you want. Best regards, Stefan

Stefan, your response is not acceptable and here is why: How are we supposed to keep track of Swedish Holidays if you don’t send auto reply emails to your customers letting them know when they should expect an answer after sending complaint or email. Thankfully the wrong address was my old address and there are still people I know that helped, but what if at was my old address no one I knew helped me ? What would Stutterheim do? Would they still want me to return something that I don’t have access to? Overall, Not a pleasant customer experience for such a “highly” regarded company.
