The courier service we use has a ‘safe leave’ option which we always opt for to avoid issues for our customers. As our Customer Service Manager Kirsty has explained, we were out of stock on our usual item and needed to implement a replacement. We understand that rather than have us collect the items delivered to you, you were happy to wait until the original product was back in stock and reorder then.
