We are sorry that the product you ordered did not arrive to you in premium condition. I have tried to contact you to discuss this but have so far been unable to speak to you. We are sorry that the items did not reach you in the best possible condition and we have now changed how we package crockery items to try and reduce the breakage risk further. We are pleased that you have since ordered more items from our Dudson range, these items are now ready and awaiting collection at your earliest convenience from our Cash and Carry in Stockport. It is always great to hear about the performance of our catering equipment and we are particularly pleased that the disposable glasses you purchased proved to be a hit with your customers. We are aware of various disposable glasses on the market, however, as with all of the products that we include in our catalogue, we spend a lot of time and effort to ensure that we select products that fit our customers’ requirements.
