Hi Yolanda,

I am really sorry you have not received your parcel. This was dispatched on 15th May on a Royal Mail 48 service therefore we would have expected this to be with you by now. It looks like this has been lost in the post and therefore we have resent the parcel to you, you should receive this before the weekend.
