Dear Miss Bradin, We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with our service. The first recent order that you placed for a nightdress was placed online on the 8th May and was dispatched the next day. With your most recent order for the cardigan unfortunately at the time that you placed the order, the item was out of stock. However, my colleague kept a reference of your order and after speaking with our brand team we were able to source the cardigan for you and it was dispatched to you yesterday. Thank you for your kind response, however, the item that I ordered that I then chased and had to wait for you to process was in fact a cardigan and not the night dress. As I have said I often purchase items from spirit of the Andes and have recently been contacted by you again about another cardigan that was out of stock and I have now been able to purchase that.
