Jerry and Jerome were very kind and came on time.
I used this service last year and it was perfect.

good
If there is an accurate time slot provided, on when the boxes can be collected, the service will be better

Service offering is faltering
I didn’t get the stickers or pins to keep the storage units closed, made me feel like my belongings were not safe

Thank you for your feedback, I can assure you this is not the usual service and we would normally bring these when collecting the goods. These have now been added and your goods are safely stored.
Kind regards
