While your order was dispatched on the same day as ordering, on the 10th ofFebruary,and delivered on the 14th, we do acknowledge that the experience leading up to that delivery did not meet your expectations due to a slight delay as a ParcelShop diversion was requested by yourself during transit. As this request was made, this delayed your delivery, due to the parcel label having to be re-printed.
