Thank you for your feedback! With regards to our pumps, sometimes problems can arise if the pump hits an air bubble. We do not use plastic straws in our products as we use Airless Technology and it works by using a vacuum.

We always have ways of rectifying this so please feel free to email us in future if you get any issues so that we can sort them out for you.
