We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the kitchen, we shall look into these issues and rectify. The chalet would benefit from a new stove you are right but this is the first complaint we have had about it. We are purchasing Netflix/Now TV for the Television which should make those staying in the chalet during the day happy. The fire place is however fine, there's just a 'nack' to it - it's important to get it hot before loading logs in!
