Having not yet received the documents, I was rapidly called on the telephone by a representative of Dignity who reassured me that, even if the documents had been intercepted somehow, there are plenty of checks they make to match the right cadaver with the plan being claimed on. They also offer password protection, if required, and will send newly prepared documents by recorded delivery if the original documents are still not received in the next few days. I have bought these two plans so my children do not have to find money for funeral costs, to protect against at need high funeral costs and to avoid any reduction in inheritance for my children.
