Sardinian Places Recenzije

That is absolutely wonderful to hear! Such kind words and I'm sure the dogs were most appreciative of the extra attention. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

We can appreciate that....balconies are like the icing on the cake! Even so, we're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the wonderful hotel facilities and friendly staff. As I often say, a good breakfast also really sets you up for the day! Thank you so much for the 5 stars.

Thank you for your 4-star review, we appreciate it.

Thank you, Catherine! We're delighted to know the hotel met your needs and that you felt so welcome.

We couldn't hope for a better review, Graeme, thank you so much - and see you again soon!

We're pleased to hear the hotel was clean and inviting and that your stay was enjoyable overall. I'm sure the steak was not typical of the hotel restaurant's catering, although one of the benefits we mention about the hotel's location is that it is well-placed for exploring other dining options. We'd also like to thank you for the observations about the pool area and will be sure to pass those on. Thank you for taking to time to comment.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the exceptionally high temperatures during your stay impacted your experience. Our description specifies that air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms, and while there is air conditioning in parts of the hotel, the open-plan design of some public areas means they can feel much warmer during periods of extreme heat. We have also checked with both our local representative and the hotel, who have confirmed that the cold buffet is served in an air-conditioned area with food kept refrigerated or displayed on ice. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will review our hotel description to ensure the air conditioning arrangements in the public areas are as clear as possible.

Thanks for the 5-star review - we're delighted you enjoyed your stay. We love the fact you've mentioned the shade from the olive trees...many of our guests will also appreciate this, I'm sure! We appreciate your other observations too and will pass these on to the Residence management.
