The Gambia Experience Recenzije

Well this is fantastic to hear! We understand it is always unnerving when required to change your hotel to one not of your first choice, so I am delighted you enjoyed your stay at Sunset Beach and would look to return.

We are sorry to hear you encountered a few issues that took some time to resolve, this is a shame as typically the team at Kombo Beach work hard to get issues sorted as quickly as possible. It is great to read there were many elements of your stay you did enjoy and we appreciate your honest and balanced review, thank you.

Bakotu is a great location for bird watching and its surrounding areas are ideal. We apologise you found the service in the restaurant slow but everything is cooked to order and this can contribute to slower wait times. Thank you for your comments.

There is definitely something special about Leo's, due to its intimate feel, nothing is too much trouble and it is the perfect place for peace and tranquillity. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay.

This is fantastic to hear! We are delighted you choose to return to African Princess and certainly hope we can welcome you back again sometime.

Thank you for your review and comments on suggestions for improvements, it is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review with some tips for future guests. It sounds as though you enjoyed your stay!

Thank you for taking the time to write such a comprehensive review of your stay. I am sorry to hear you encountered some issues, although I am very pleased to read your representative was able to resolve things for you, as this is exactly what our rep's are there for! I am also very happy to hear the food was good and the staff friendly, two very important elements!

Fathala is a truly wonderful place to visit to experience the real Gambia and it's wildlife and we are delighted you found this to be the case. Thank you for the 5 stars.
