The Gambia Experience Recenzije

This is great to hear! Ngala is certainly a perfect choice for rest and relaxation in beautiful surroundings. Thank you for your comments.

We are very sorry to hear you were so disappointed. Holiday Beach Club is a budget friendly hotel therefore room standards will not be the same quality as hotels that you pay a higher premium for, however cleanliness should always be maintained. We apologise you felt this was not the case. Thank you for your comments, they are appreciated.

Leo's is a wonderful small hotel where the owners take such pride in their service and willingness to ensure your stay is everything you would want. We are delighted to hear this was your experience. Thank you for the 5 stars!

Wonderful, Fathala is a very special place and we are delighted you had an enjoyable stay.

It's disappointing to hear you encountered some issues during your stay. I do hope you raised these with your representative in resort as I am confident they would have done all they could to rectify things for you. Despite the points mentioned I hope there were some elements of your stay you enjoyed. Thank you for taking the time to review, it is always appreciated.

Thank you for your feedback on Bungalow Beach, I'm pleased despite the points you have mentioned you still enjoyed your stay. We will look into your comments regarding Wi-Fi and renovations, thank you again.
