First class rep at the resort. Efficient booking process. Taxi transfers and access to airport lounge were valued extras but a Fast Track Check-in would have been more useful than either.
The knowledge of the islands was very good. Only comment would be that we could perhaps have flown directly to Boa Vista from Manchester rather than flying to Sal, staying one night then onto Boa...
Having used the company before they never fail to deliver superb service from the initial booking stage, representation in resort, and post-holiday follow up. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Very relaxed and happy week and I would definitely consider returning
Island hopping was a mistake. Night flights and airport waits disrupted most of day and hotels in Santiago and Praia were too far from any interest. Sal and Hotel Morobeza was redeeming feature....

Thank you for your feedback and such a shame you did not enjoy the first part of your island hopping itinerary. The islands differ so much that it is good to visit others and gain a comparison. Both hotels you stayed in on the islands of Santiago and Sao Vicente are a short distance by taxi / shuttle bus to the town, where there is lots going on. Admittedly though, the island of Sal is different and for guests staying at the Morabeza hotel they can walk a short distance into Santa Maria. The inter-islands flights are often changed or delayed at short notice and we sympathise with the frustration this caused you.
