the bracket is flimsy and awkward to install

the website does not say that a bracket is required and should be supplied as standard with the tube.

soft Cuddle ball

Soft cuddle Ball was lovely although could be made a little easier to get the hand in for those with less strength and mobility. We did pull some of it wider ourselves. A lovely purchase all the same.

Quick and efficient customer service
