This order was dispatched as mentioned on the 28th April, unfortunately this delay does appear to have been with Royal Mail. We are glad the goods have now arrived but apologies that your email was not answered.

You said delivery would be 2 weeks and it arrives in eight days and that's with 2 bank holidays. I think that is excellent.

The order was sent in two parts, one on the 11th May and the second on the 18th May. We had to await new stock from the suppliers. Our apologies for this delay and any inconvenience caused.
