The calibration certificate is simetimes sent in the post rather than being sent with the product. We will be changing the process by the end of March of ensuring that all certificates are sent with the goods because this is obviously the prefered option for our customers.

The scales that were sent out directly from Salters had a calibration error. We contacted Salters immediately and they resolved the issue and sent the customer a functional scale.
