Thanks for leaving your feedback. I am sorry that you were disappointed with your service. I understand your rate increased by 0.3% from the quote provided and your payments increased by a small margin. The consultant made a mistake with the value of the car and that caused the higher rate. He did tell you about this before document stage and there was never an intention to deceive you. However i understand this caused you inconvenience and for that please accept our apologies.
