Thanks for providing your feedback. Our consultant is adamant that he had spoken to you about all the fees. I understand there were two approvals in place with different lenders and the fees/interest rates were discussed for each of these prior to a decision from you about how to proceed. However, it is acknowledged that you don't believe this was communicated to you so we need to be clearer with our communication. Vehicles Direct have advised they don't know about any 5% liability on the cost of the car. I am sorry that you were not happy with the result. From our end we got you the best interest rate possible and Vehicles direct beat your current car quote by quite a way.
