Hi Shirley,
I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing delays with your delivery. As we are based in Victoria, deliveries interstate can often take between 7 - 10 days, however I can see that your order was dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne on Wed 18th April and has been processed by an Australia Post facility in Queensland on Tue 24th April. Please bare in mind that you may receive your order at the beginning of next week due to the ANZAC Day public holiday. If you have not received your order by then, please let me know and I will follow up for you.

I only purchased one item and not sure why my phone number did not show up properly it had spacing but we had a laugh about it as they couldn’t contact me any other way
