Good product

The chair is excellent and the person who sold it to me was good. However I think it is totally unesessary to go up in the lift to pay for it and then to deal with a trainee who polite.

Thank you for your feedback and we are glad that you are pleased with your chair. As a security measure we only have one cash point which is located in the accounts department on the 3rd floor. We can bring a card terminal to the salesman's desk and in the light of your comment I will remind our sales staff to offer this service if required.

The sofa we ordered was not the one delivered and we had to pay extra to get the one we wanted. I don't think we should have to have paid (over £200) this extra charge as there was some disagreement...
