Thank you for providing a review.  We are sorry to hear of the upset this caused you.  Please be assured, our policy is not specific to any nationality.  We do not accept International Credit Cards, including from the United States, as we have no recourse in a court of law.  Therefore, due to an increasing volume of disputed bookings we reserve the right to only accept cash payments in person or, via electronic bank transfer. Please feel confident, we do value your business and assure you of our very best intentions at all times.

Thank you for your email and providing us an opportunity to address your concerns.  Our records show that when you first contacted our office to change the hotel we reached out to the tour operator on your behalf.   Unfortunately, the tour operator advised that your reservation is too close to the departure date and no changes can be made.  During the 2nd call you made to our office an agent called the tour operator and were advised that the hotel is imposing a penalty fee therefore, no changes can be made to your booking.  The 3rd call you made to our office had our Supervisor calling the tour operator and speaking with their Supervisor to again ask on your behalf for a hotel change but we were advised that your reservation was 100% non-refundable at the time of booking and no changes can be made.  Once you indicate your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and provide your credit card payment to confirm the booking, you are subject to those Terms and Conditions regardless of whether you want to make a change a day later. Unfortunately, this tends to be the part of the booking process that most people quickly click through and accept without taking the time to understand fully what they are agreeing to. There is no cooling-off period when you are purchasing travel services and the tour operator is not required to provide you with any changes to your reservation.While we understand that this is not your desired outcome, our regret is sincere.
