I think the financial arrangements could have been more fully explained and that 'used' machines were available declared. The machine and the associated products are expensive. The service was good.

The Quingo Flyte is an amazing electric buggy for getting anyone around who has mobility problems. Qt he way it goes into the car by remote control is a great innovation and now I have the arms and the basket after around nine weeks of asking, then I am happy and the engineer you sent was very cheerful and helpful.. It has been a terrible shame that it all took so long. I had become very reticent About using it without the arms. Hopefully all is resolved, thank you

Very efficient and friendly service without going 'over the top'. Swift delivery and fitting of docking station. A couple of minor defects were quickly dealt with by the engineer.

we had our qinngo flye seviced recently on the all service easonable but i notice the servic man did not check the batterycnnections or condition of battery so i rateit
