I can see your order was delivered on the third working day; however, we understand if this was not what was expected and how important timely delays are. I also understand your frustration regarding the handling fee. Our standard procedure is to apply a handling fee when a return or replacement is required due to an error that was not made on our part. Had the error been on our side, we would, of course, have covered all associated costs and arranged replacement items for you. However, as we fulfilled your order correctly, we have followed our usual returns procedure in this instance. That said, as a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to reduce the handling fee to 15% and arrange collection of the goods at a time convenient for you. If you would like to accept this offer, I would be more than happy to discuss the arrangements further and organise the collection with you via email.
