Phoning is hopeless so if you don't have a computer be prepared to wait.
I phoned and was on the phone for 25 minutes just listening to music. Then I decided to try online and did it all in a few minutes.

I also need a reply to my email of yesterday re accessing my details online. The temporary password I was given does not get me in. It keeps saying my security question is wrong when I know it's right.
