I appreciated the technicians knowledge and expertise in the field. I enjoy my water system, however I feel that the maintenance costs for the filter are somewhat pricey.
Technician, (Clint) was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about how the water softener works. I am a first time owner of one and this one came with the house I bought.
