Thank you for your feedback. Customers have always been able to purchase single tubs of 5kg protein on the website. However, we have received feedback from customers that it was not clear enough that the page for each protein type covered all three size variants (including 5kg).
We have now made amendments to help make this clearer for customers. For example including all three sizes in the image for each protein powder. We also have now added a 'Subscribe & Save' badge to all of the subscription products and added a link back to the non-subscription product in case any customers mistakenly visit the subscription page.
We hope that these changes help you to find the product you are looking for, more easily in the future. But please do let us know if you have any further feedback as we would love to ensure that every aspect of the site is easy to use for all customers!
