Waste of time

I had purchased a second hand bike. When asking for proof of ownership, they said my proof wasn't enough, even though I had everything they asked for. Waste of time

Thanks for providing feedback on your recent cycle insurance purchase and we are sorry we were unable to provide cover on this occasion. Unfortunately, you did not meet the criteria outlined in the policy document regarding evidence of ownership and proof of purchase, which would have been required in the event of a claim. As such, we cancelled your policy as requested and refunded your premium immediately.
