Hi David, Thank you for your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear your dog loves the combination of meals, but we’re sorry that the cartons are sometimes arriving damaged or cracked. Hi Mark, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and honest feedback. We’re absolutely delighted to hear how well your Dalmatian is doing on her raw food, particularly that her stool quality is now excellent, and that you find the 500g packs convenient for storage and portion control. We’re sorry that you’ve experienced some delays in communication recently, particularly when dealing with the thawed food. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you’ve previously received a quicker response from us. We do appreciate you raising this with us, and your comments around communication and resourcing have been taken on board. We trust that the recent resolution was to your agreement and that you were happy with the outcome. Most importantly, we’re so pleased your Dalmatian continues to enjoy her food and is happy and healthy. Thank you again for your continued support. Best wishes Team ProDog

Hello Joanne, Thank you so much for another wonderful review! We love hearing that Sun Tzu makes his Duck meal disappear so quickly, that certainly sounds like he’s a fan. It’s marvelous to hear that at 10 years old he’s still fit, healthy and able to move at speed. And we completely understand the wish to keep up with him. We’re also delighted that your regular, well-packed deliveries arriving when you need them make life that little bit easier. Thank you for your continued support of ProDog, it really means a lot to us. Best wishes Team ProDog

Hello Eileen, Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. We’re sorry your Border Collie decided ProDog wasn’t for her, but we’re glad to hear you had no issues with the product or our service. Some dogs can take a little longer to accept a new food, especially if they are used to something very different. Please email support@prodograw.com. You can also ask for advice from our behaviourist, who will be able to offer some helpful tips to encourage your dog to eat more consistently. We really appreciate you giving ProDog a try, and we’re pleased your granddog enjoyed the leftovers. Best wishes Team ProDog Raw

Hi AJ, Thank you for your lovely and detailed feedback. We’re delighted to hear that, your dogs are happily yumming it up. Some meals can be a little more moist depending on the protein used. It’s great to hear you find the fish recipe pleasantly identifiable without being too strong-smelling, and that it works well as an option for dogs with dietary restrictions. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Best wishes Team ProDog
