Scam, cheeky, rent seeking, valueless service
Scam - had to pay 7% to make a contribution to someone's honeymoon. May as well have given cash.
Would not recommend and will not use for my own wedding

Hello Adam - thank you for your feedback. So sorry for any confusion - you have been charged £3.50 for a Commemorative Gift card - this is printed with your message and delivered to the couple. This is an optional service and can be unticked at checkout - would you like me to cancel this and refund the charge to your account.Kind regards,Annie

Hi, I didn't see any option to remove this through the checkout process and assumed it was obligatory. If you could refund the fee I would really appreciate it.

Delivery unacceptably slow
I am very disappointed , on behalf of the bride, that she has to wait until mis September for her gifts.
This is unacceptable. If I had known about this I would have bought the gift elsewhere.
