Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We are so happy to hear that the communication with our team was to your liking from the beginning of your stay. We understand the issues throughout the building were not ideal. We will address this with the property management team to see if there are ways we can ensure guests are less disrupted during maintenance, service, and construction taking place in and around the building.
