We are sorry that your outbound sailing departed later than scheduled and you were not advised. You raised this with us whilst you were in resort and we responded back to you, however you feel we were not taking responsibility for the lack of information provided. As we explained we passed your contact details onto the service provider so if any such changes occur they should advise you. Please accept our sincere apologies that on this occasion it did not happen and we have addressed this with them. We liked having an all-in holiday arranged, incl. ferry and hotel. We asked for further info on the hotel at one stage: we were told to speak to the hotel, which was not very helpful.

Good holiday but transport pickups were lousy.

We were very happy with the holiday service, bar the transport. Twice we were kept waiting and getting forgotten at Jersey ferry port late at night was absolutely no fun.
