We understand the frustration this may have caused, and we would like to assure you that this isn’t our usual standard of service but due to an increase in the volume of calls to our office we have been experiencing some wait times which have been longer than usual. Your comments have been passed onto the relevant department managers and we will continue to monitor our call levels and wait times.

Very helpful and understanding when I telephoned for confirmation of flight details. Everything went smoothly and the hotel (Chateau la Chaire) was superb.
