Hello and thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that we have caused you so much trouble with this order. I have looked into it and it seems that the carriers (Tuffnells) had marked these down as delivered and they had not been. We check the carriers systems every morning for non-deliveries and act on the straight away, but did not know about this delivery until you rang us. We then contacted Tuffnells who put an investigation in to where the goods were. We were advised that they had been traced and would be delivered the following morning, but when they did not arrive, we contacted Tuffnells again who advised us they had lost the package and we are still trying to trace where the fittings are. We have taken this to a very high level at Tuffnells to get to the bottom of it as several of us in the office are former pipe fitters ourselves we fully understand the problems that such poor service will result in. We have refunded your purchase in full.
