Thank you for your message. It's not possible to pay the full amount for this campsite on Pitchup.com and our booking process outlines a deposit is payable first, followed by a balance payment direct to the campsite within one day if the booking is within 7 weeks of arrival. This is advertised in the policies tab, cost breakdown, booking page and confirmation page. However we can see that the campsite advertises no charges for debit cards and will ask them to contact you to rectify this. We hope you enjoy your holiday. Pitchup.com We have spoken with this park and they have confirmed that you were not charged a transaction fee and that balance paid to them was in line with the remaining balance stated on your confirmation email. Please check your bank statement and notify us if there is any discrepancy so that the park can rectify this with you directly.
