I used about half an inch in the hope I would perhaps get to like the perfume but I really find it smells like stale tobacco smoke. Sorry. I no longer have the original packaging, Can I still return it? If so, would you advise a return address please.

Thank you for your reply. I can see that you ordered a diffuser refill, can I just check that when you used it, you poured it into a diffuser with the reed sticks? If you smell it straight from the bottle, it can be quite strong, but once the oil is in the diffuser we find that it has a more subtle fragrance x

We always give our customers the best price as possible, however, we can't always compete with larger companies that buy imported frames in bulk, as they can get them very cheap.We make all of our frames by hand, and when you factor in the cost of materials, the cost of electricity to run our factory as well as staff costs, we feel that the price is very fair.
